Karryana- attentive to details, a perfectionist. This young lady Karryana- embodies an splendid example of what the longhorn Steakhouse model is built on. This young lady is so in tune with Longhorn Steakhouse operation. I have not met many restaurants associates with these attributes before in traveling who ensure that this model is consistent. She is a fine representation of longhorn Steakhouse. She is doing it right, my family and I were well please. Well done Karryana. Is Karryana coaching this model? Impressed on everything. Most Longhorns I've gone to are mid. I enjoyed it all. McKenzee was a blessing and making sure our steak was cooked the way we wanted.

This was my first time at LongHorn and also my first time trying a steak. Even though the place was half empty, it still took about 10 minutes to get seated since they seemed a little understaffed, which I get. Once we sat down though, the food made up for it. The Spicy Chicken Bites were a great start, the Outlaw Ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the Chocolate Stampede stole the show—it’s huge, super rich, and easily big enough for four people. Definitely my favorite part of the meal. Service was on the slower side, but our server Emma was fantastic. She was patient, and never made us feel rushed, even though we ended up staying almost three hours. Overall, the food was delicious and the staff made it a really enjoyable first experience. I’d definitely come back.

I went here with Mom and Aunt over Labor Day weekend around 5pm and loved it. There was a short wait but wasn’t bad at all. Nia was our server and she absolutely rocked, and unlike many other places I’ve dined, she actually acted happy we were there and appreciated our patronage. She was sweet and fast and perfect. The food was so good, we all loved our meals. And afterward I needed a roll of quarters for my hotel laundry, and although she was busy and could’ve just blown me off with a “no”, the bartender there left her station and quickly retrieved the manager for me from back office. Please know Miss, if you see this, I really appreciated that. And then the manager himself came out, smiling and joking, and handed me the quarters with a big dose of personality. Please know Sir, I thought you were great too. I’ve almost quit going out because I’m so sick of being treated like a douche or a criminal, and this Long Horn and its staff were such a breath of fresh air, especially having my elderly family there too. I give them 5 stars cause I can’t do 6 and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and thank you Long Horn Pooler Outlet!! :)
